Appros Express (APEX) was established in Nouakchott, Mauritania, to meet the growing demand for fast, reliable access to industrial equipment, tools, PPE, and spare parts across key sectors such as construction, oil & gas, and logistics.
At the core of APEX is the vision of Moukelthoum WANE, a young Mauritanian woman entrepreneur committed to building a business that reflects both excellence and inclusion. Her mission is clear: modernize supply chains while empowering local talent—especially women—to play an active role in Mauritania’s industrial development.
Under her leadership, APEX champions women’s empowerment by hiring, training, and promoting Mauritanian women in logistics, procurement, warehouse operations, and sales. We believe that sustainable growth starts with diversity and opportunity—and APEX is proud to lead by example.
